Ariana Grande is giving her fans what they’ve been asking for: another touring documentary. This time around, the singer is giving us an inside look at what happened during the Sweetener tour.
In a trailer that, excuse me I love you, shared on her social media pages, Grande is shown behind the scenes making phone calls and working with the team. At one point, she is standing with her dancers and singers and tearfully tells them, “This show saved my life this year.”
The description on the Netflix page goes one step further to explain what we are seeing, reading, “Ariana Grande takes the stage in London for her Sweetener World Tour and shares a behind-the-scenes look at her life at rehearsal and at the road.”
During the initial announcement of the documentary, Grande thanked fans for her support. “Posting this as a love letter to all of you, in celebration of all that we have shared over the past few years,” she wrote. “I know this project only captures part of a tour (of all the other hundreds of shows and moments we’ve shared over the last six or seven years … jesus lol) but I just wanted to thank you all for showing me more in this lifetime already. than I had ever dreamed of. “
Grande recently released a live album for Sweetener called k bye for now (swt live). She also appeared in Mariah Carey’s “Oh Santa”.
Excuse me, I love you premieres December 21 on Netflix.
