This week, Mary-Kate and Ashley’s sister advice went viral, after a video of Elizabeth’s Off-Camera interview with Sam Jones from January resurfaced on TikTok. During the frank discussion, the actress shared a “mantra” that she learned from her sisters and that is “still true” in the way she carries herself professionally.

“Something that my sisters always say, that it could have come from my father at some point, my father, I don’t know, is that ‘no’ is a complete sentence,” Elizabeth explained, adding: “And I like that a lot, especially as a woman. You can say ‘no’, and I like that very much in all aspects of life. “
The powerful phrase even caught the attention of GoT actress Sophie Turner, who reposted the clip of her on her Instagram Stories and wrote, “I love this,” according to Us Weekly.
